We offer 14-day returns on unopened products, provided the product is unused, sealed, in its original packaging, and returned in line with our policy.

Due to the nature of our consumable health products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the shipment. You may return the product under our Returns & Refund Policy, provided it is unopened, unused, sealed, and returned at your own cost.
