This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to subscription products purchased from KLYR MIND.
By purchasing a subscription product from klyrmind.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Orders
When you purchase a subscription product, you agree to be charged automatically based on the delivery frequency you selected at checkout.
Your subscription will continue until it is cancelled, paused, or otherwise changed by you.
There is no minimum commitment unless clearly stated on a specific offer at the time of purchase.
2. Subscribe & Save Offer
Our Subscribe & Save offer may include benefits such as:
- A discount on your subscription order
- Free shipping
- A free gift with your first subscription order, such as a drink bottle
Subscription offer details may change from time to time and will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next order is processed or dispatched.
Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will not be charged for future subscription orders.

4. Pausing or Updating Your Subscription
You may be able to pause, skip, update, or change your subscription through your subscription account portal, depending on the options available.

Any changes must be made before your next order is processed or dispatched.
5. Orders Already Processed or Dispatched
Once a subscription payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@klyrmind.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel or adjust the order.
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the shipment. You may return the product under our Returns & Refund Policy, provided it is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Free Gifts With Subscription Orders
From time to time, KLYR MIND may include a free gift with selected subscription offers, such as a drink bottle.
Free gifts:
- Are included only with eligible subscription orders
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be exchanged for money, discount, or store credit
- Are not eligible for refund or replacement unless faulty, damaged, or required by law
If your subscription order included a free gift and you return your order, the full order, including the free gift, must be returned unused and in its original condition.
If the free gift is not returned, we may deduct its retail value from your refund.
7. Failed Subscription Payments
If a subscription payment fails, your order may not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
We may notify you by email if a payment fails and provide an opportunity to update your payment method.
If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
8. Price or Product Changes
Subscription prices, products, offers, and shipping benefits may change from time to time.
If there is a material change to your subscription price or offer, we will notify you where required before the change applies.
Changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.
9. Returns and Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
We offer returns on unopened, unused, sealed products within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of our consumable health products, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
