At KLYR MIND, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Locations

KLYR MIND currently ships orders within Australia.

If you are located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@klyrmind.com before purchasing.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping

Flat rate: $5.99 AUD
Carrier: Australia Post

Express Shipping

Flat rate: $13.00 AUD
Carrier: Australia Post

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Free Shipping

From time to time, we may offer free shipping on selected products, bundles, promotions, or subscription offers.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, this will be shown at checkout.

Our Welcome Subscription Kit may include free shipping as part of the offer.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days after your order has been placed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, sales, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard and Express delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post, your location, public holidays, weather events, or other delays outside our control.

Express Shipping is a faster delivery option, but it does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery.

6. Australia Post Delivery

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, where available.

You can use your tracking number to follow the delivery progress of your order.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@klyrmind.com.

We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

KLYR MIND is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Delayed Orders

While we do our best to dispatch orders quickly, delivery delays can sometimes happen.

Delays may be caused by:

  • Australia Post delays
  • Public holidays
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Weather events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
  • Remote or regional delivery locations
  • Circumstances outside our control

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at info@klyrmind.com and we’ll do our best to help.

9. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check:

  • Around your property
  • Your letterbox or parcel area
  • With other household members
  • With your local post office
  • With neighbours, if safe and appropriate

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us at info@klyrmind.com.

We may need to work with Australia Post to investigate the delivery before a resolution can be provided.

10. Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@klyrmind.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the packaging

If your claim is approved, we will offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation and in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

11. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are shipped according to the subscription frequency selected at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, pause, or cancel your subscription, please do so before your next order is processed or dispatched.

Once a subscription order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the shipment.

If the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, you may return it under our Returns & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

12. Change-of-Mind Returns and Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The original shipping fee, including the $5.99 AUD Standard Shipping fee or $13.00 AUD Express Shipping fee, is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If your order qualified for free shipping, including a subscription offer, you are still responsible for paying return shipping costs if you return your order due to change of mind.
