At KLYR MIND, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. 14-Day Returns on Unopened Products

We offer 14-day returns on unopened products.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unopened, unused, and sealed
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it

Due to the nature of our consumable health products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

To start a return, please contact us first at info@klyrmind.com. Please do not send your order back without contacting us first, as we need to approve the return and provide the correct return instructions.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable
  • The product must arrive back to us in suitable condition before a refund is issued

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 AUD on eligible orders. This shipping fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If your order qualified for free shipping, including our Welcome Subscription Kit, you are still responsible for paying the return shipping cost if you choose to return your order due to change of mind.

3. Opened Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable products.

This includes products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Partially consumed
  • Unsealed
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Returned without original packaging

Opened products are only eligible for a refund or replacement if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or if a refund or replacement is required by law.

4. Taste, Texture, or Personal Preference

We understand that taste and texture can be personal.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at info@klyrmind.com and we’ll always do our best to help.

However, we do not offer refunds for opened products due to personal taste preference, change of mind after opening, or because the product is no longer wanted, unless required by law.

5. Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@klyrmind.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging

If your claim is approved, we will offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation and in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer store credit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

7. Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing, and your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement decisions are made depending on the issue, product availability, and the circumstances of the order.

8. Free Gifts

From time to time, KLYR MIND may include free gifts with selected orders, such as a drink bottle or promotional item.

Free gifts have no cash value and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If your order included a free gift and you are returning your order, the full order, including the free gift, must be returned unused and in its original condition.

If the free gift is not returned, we may deduct its retail value from your refund.

9. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be changed or cancelled before the next order is processed or dispatched.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@klyrmind.com.

If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the shipment. You may return the product under our change-of-mind return policy, provided it is unopened, unused, sealed, and returned at your own cost.

A separate Subscription Policy may also apply to subscription purchases.

10. Orders Returned Without Approval

Please contact us before returning your order.

Orders returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

11. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy where required by law, including if a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.
